It is over 25 years since Coed Du Hall opened our first home in the community after recognising the overwhelming need for individuals to experience living in a true homely environment whether as part of a pathway from hospital to community and beyond or alternatively, where this is appropriate, as part of a longer term arrangement.

We have now developed a number of diverse and unique high quality homes in the communities of Mold and Rhos on Sea where each property has been designed to respect the importance of the environment and nature on each individual’s wellbeing.

Just as each of our residents are individual and unique, so too are our homes and our comprehensive pre-admission assessment is designed to ensure the right environment and facilitate compatibility with our other residents and find the right staff team to best achieve the desired outcomes.

Our community provision accepts referrals covering the areas of mental health, learning disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury.

Where specific needs have been identified for a complex individual/s which are not catered for either within our own properties or elsewhere, our estates division may offer a tailor-made service to meet these requirements.
